JK Rowling's Gifts On eBay

The items that were gifted by JK Rowlings to a friend have been put on eBay for sale. This has not pleased the author of 'Harry Potter' as these were the things that she had presented to a family friend before she hit fame.

The items include igned sketch of a boy, a list baby names, which later featured in her books, such as the 'Chamber of Secrets', and a hand-drawn invitation to her daughter's third birthday party in Edinburgh. They are priced at a 50000 pounds.

According to the owner Adrian Greenwood Rare Books, the items are a rare insight into Rowlings 'creativite processes'. "These three items all come from a family friend of Rowling," the Sun quoted Greenwood as saying.

"At least they were at the time when the items were given as gifts, but we gather Ms Rowling is not pleased that they have been resold," Greenwood added. AGENCIES
