'No Animal Show' For Britney Spears

Britney Spears has impressed the PETA bosses after she decided not to use live animals for her upcoming tour 'Circus'. The pop star had used live elephants for her hit single 'Circus' music video, this had caused the animal rights group to voice their displeasure against the star.
According to the PETA spokesperson, Britney should be able to relate to the plights of the caged animals, as she herself has mentioned how she hates being grounded at home because of the pondering paparazzi.
All has ended well between the animal rights group and the pop star, as she has decided against live animals for her tour. "PETA praises Britney for embracing modern animal-free circuses like Cirque du Soleil, which spotlight human creativity and talents instead of forcing chained and beaten exotic animals to perform confusing and uncomfortable tricks... Now Britney won't risk winding up in court on cruelty charges," Contactmusic quoted President Ingrid Newkirk as telling RadarOnline.com. AGENCIES
