The one benefit about being rich and famous is that you can live life your style. Lately Soccer ace Wayne Rooney has splashed 5 million pounds on a Caribbean mansion, which overlooks a paradise beach.

The villa has 6 bedrooms, a cinema, a magnificent swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and a gym designed by Wayne. The property was recommended by teammate Rio Ferdinand and TV pundit Gary Lineker. Wayne, 23, and wife Coleen Rooney, 22 are exited about their new home that is in the building process overlooking a golf course and celebrities' hideaway Mullin's Beach on the west of the island.


The extravagant residence will also have a 35,000-pound security system before moving in on the 750-acre Royal Westmoreland Estate, reports The Sun.

Wayne's new neighbours include Chelsea international Ashley Cole and his wife Cheryl and the estate is created by Yorkshire businessman Bill Rooney.
