Jet Airways Gets 2008 Best Of Jersey City Award

Here is some good news for the Jet Airways fans and regulars. Reportedly, the airline has been accorded the 2008 Best of Jersey City Award in the Airline Companies category by the Washington based U.S. Local Business Association (USLBA).
The award recognizes a company's effort in achieving exceptional marketing success in the local community and business category. Each year, the USLBA identifies companies that have made a mark by offering top quality service to their customers and community.
Jet Airways is known for its hallmark services not only in India, but also in the international markets that the airline services. Amongst other notable international accolades conferred on the airline recently,
Jet Airways was voted one of the top three airlines in the world by the Conde Nast Traveller readers' poll in New York, in October 2008, voted one of the top 10 Airlines in the world at the Best in Travel Poll 2008, organised by Hong Kong-based SmartTravelAsia.com in September 2008. With an average fleet age of 4.38 years, the airline has one of the youngest fleet in the world.
The Jet Airways plans to extend its international operations to other cities in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia in phases with the introduction of additional wide-body aircraft into its fleet.
