Rowling wins case against website
J K Rowling has won another victory after enchanting millions of young readers with Harry Potter's adventures.
The Delhi High Court ordered e-Bay to pull off ads for pirated Harry Potter e-books from its website since Rowling's agents sued it for copyright violations. The website has complied with the court's order.
However, Rowling's agents disagree.Christopher Little Literary Agency, Rowling's agent, alleged that there were scores of listings for the sale of pirated Harry Potter e-books on e-Bay.
