Tribal woman gets life soon after death
Jamshedpur, Aug 21 (UNI) For Rani Sandil, a tribal woman, it's a miraculous comeback to life which she has never bargained for.
Rani returned to her village situated in the outskirts of the steel city recently after her body was buried 30 years back.
Sukhra Sandil, Rani's elder sister, who had buried an 18-year-old Rani after she died of some unknown illness, could not believe her eyes along with hundreds of villagers who had witnessed her death.
"We had seen her burial. It's hard to believe but she is right infront of us. It's nothing but a miracle," Sukhra said.
People in large numbers from here and neighbouring areas rushed to Babudih village to see this 'miracle woman'.
When asked on how she came out of the coffin, Rani said she could not remember anything except that she opened her eyes to find herself with a 'saint'.
50-year-old Rani said the saint had recovered and revived her after 'injecting' life to her body with 'Tantra'.
"The saint took me to Keraikela jungle near Manoharpur, in West Singhbhum district and we got married later," Rani said adding they have two children also.
Rani said she had gone to Chakradharpur recently, where she was able to recognise one of her relatives, who brought her to this village on Sunday last.
The tribal villagers, who were taken aback with the reappearance of Rani, have also confirmed that it was she, who died 30 years ago.
Rani even went to see the place, where she was buried.
