Avril Lavigne has bought the mansion featured in MTV show 'Meet the Barkers'.

The 'Girlfriend' singer and her husband, Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley, bought the Bel-Air home - for .5 million. The mansion has more than ten bathrooms. The three-story, 12,000-square-foot Tuscan-style gated home comes with an acre of land. It has eight bedrooms and ten-and-a-half bathrooms, an elevator, an office, a high-tech kitchen, a ten-car garage, a steam shower, a sauna, a pool and a spa.

Real estate broker Arnold Horland - whose wife Eva and her partner Robin Lucas at real estate firm Re/Max Olson sold the house to Avril. The mansion was previously owned by Blink 182 star Travis Barker and former Miss USA Shanna Moakler. The couple put it on the market in July 2006 after filming their MTV reality show there.

Avril, 22, and Deryck, 27, married last July. The 'Sk8r Boi' singer considered a Goth wedding, but eventually plumped for a traditional one.

She says "I wanted to say, 'Let's totally have a rock 'n' roll, Goth wedding.' But at the same time I thought, 'I've been dreaming about my wedding day since I was a little girl. I have to wear the white dress. I wanted to be a princess.' "
