Bangalore, Nov 10 (UNI) Wipro Infotech , the India, Middle East and Asia Pacific Business arm of Wipro Limited, today formally announced the launch of 'ExpertConnect' a unique service delivery model to enable customers get instant access to experts across multiple technology domains for quick resolution of problems related to IT infrastructure.

WiproInfotech in a release here today said the service supported multiple enterprise products such as servers, storage, network, security and software from different technology companies. This would benefit customers to avail faster resolution for interoperability issues across various products in their heterogeneous environment it added.

Mr T D Thandav Murthy, Chief Executive, Professional Services, Wipro Infotech, said in the release that the service was highly suitable for mission critical IT deployments in achieving higher efficiencies and service levels.
