Abdul Kalam To Visit Mizoram University

Aizawl, Sep 29 (UNI) President A P J Abdul Kalam will be visiting the state on October 16 to participate in the 2nd convocation of the Mizoram university.

University officials here today stated that although the convocation had been tentatively set for November, due to the President's busy schedule, the date had been pre-poned.

The President, who visited Mizoram last September, would inagurat the new block in the university campus, the officials said.
