Have You Seen A Glowing Puppy?

The research was conducted on Tegon, a genetically modified beagle born in Seoul, 2009. The overall research cost has come up $3 million and the outcome is simply unbelievable. The new Tegon glows in dark as and when she has antibiotics.
The beagle is fed with food that contains doxycycline which is a type of antibiotic. The drug is used to treat many illnesses such as Acne, Syphilis etc. Fot the dog to glow, the nucleus of the beagle skin cells is of the sea anemones. The nucleus was injected to the egg cell which was later implanted to the female dog to gestate.
The very reason why they illuminate these puppies is because dogs share as more as 270 diseases common humans. With this research, the Seoul National University hopes that the new research will bring light in genetically treat human dieseases such Alzheimers and Parkinson.
Although many european countries are closely watching the experiment on animals in South Korea. The researchers have been extremely happy for successfully developing mice, rats, cats and dogs showing their expertise in stem cell experimentation.
