The Most Germ-Infested Places At Home
Germs are small bacteria and viruses that cannot be detected by the naked eye. There are germs everywhere around us, including our houses.
We use basic healthy habits like cleaning our house regularly, removing or eliminating any germ causing substance from houses, use detergents and floor cleaners of good quality, etc. However, despite our best efforts, there will still be places in the house that are hot-spots of germ infestation.
We also use personal hygiene habits like washing our hands before eating, washing hands after using the wash room, using a napkin when coughing or sneezing and so on.
These are some general healthy habits to maintain our house and keep it free from germs. Even after so many precautions there are germs present in our houses as well. These germs infest in nooks and corners of our homes where they stay hidden from the cleaners and cleaning agents.
There are many such places which are infested by germs in the house. Some of these places that should be watched out for the disease causing germs and bacteria are:

Unwashed clothes
Sometimes we do not wash our clothes regularly and there is a pile of clothes in a corner of the room or bathroom. These clothes are infested by germs and bacteria. The used clothes are full of body sweat and dirt. Therefore, they become an excellent place for germs to breed and multiply. The pile of unwashed clothes and laundry thus become one of the infested places in the house. It is always good to wash clothes regularly especially if they get very dirty.

Toilets and Bathrooms
Though we use a lot of cleaners and chemicals to wash our toilets and bathrooms, they are not always enough. There are some corners left which are infested by germs and do not get cleaned. Towels are one such source of germ infestation. Toilet seats are also infested by germs and should be cleaned carefully to make it free from infections and germs. Toilets and bathrooms have a potential of disease causing germs and bacteria as well. Keep them as much clean as possible. Flush the toilets each time you use it.

Daily Toothbrush
Toothbrush is an object that can be infested by germs. Toothbrush is directly used by us and if it is infested by germs there are possibilities of us getting sick. Therefore, always cover the toothbrush after using it. Do not keep it lying around here and there. Wash the toothbrush before using it and wash it after using it as well. Keep the toothbrush clean and covered.

Cleaning Equipment and Places
The dry balcony used for washing clothes, utensils and other miscellaneous articles is an infested place in the house. The germs and bacteria associated with the dirty clothes and utensils infest the whole place. The equipment used for cleaning like the soap sponge, brush used for clothes, etc. are also infested by germs and bacteria. These equipment should be thoroughly cleaned after use. The area should also be cleaned using chemical based cleaners that are toxic for germs and bacteria.

Dustbin
The area around a dustbin is usuallt the dirtiest place in the house. The dustbin has a lot of garbage which is a breeding place for germs and bacteria. Therefore, regularly dispose the garbage and do not let the area around the dustbin be spoiled. Keep the area clean and free from any unwanted garbage. Also keep the dustbins closed and clean them at regular intervals.
Keep these in mind to have a spotless house that is free of germ infestation.
