When you build a nursery for your new born baby, you can use these tips as it will be of some use to you.
'Comfort' and 'safety' should be the top most priority when you start to build a nursery for the baby.
Here
below
are
some
of
the
tips
for
your
nursery
decor
1.Use
a
bookshelf
as
a
changing
table,
they
have
many
drawers
so
it
will
be
easy
for
you
to
keep
all
the
baby's
items
in
one
place.
2.Your nursery should have a crib or a cradle for your new born. You baby's bedding should always be comfortable for the child.
3.Other types of furniture that is vital for your baby nursery is that of a changing table, a rocking chair and a glider.
4.When you buy a crib make sure that the crib with slats are not too far apart. This can be dangerous for the baby, as they can slip out easily.
5.The corner posts of the crib you buy should be in level with the railings. This will prevent your baby's clothes from getting caught in them.
6.To avoid your baby's limbs getting caught in the railing of the crib, place a blanket in the crib that fits perfectly.
7.Your baby will tend to chew anything that he or she finds in the crib. Make sure that you 'never' use lead based paints in the nursery as it is poisonous.
8.The changing tables and other furnitures where you place your baby to sit, make sure that they have straps to avoid your baby from falling.
9.The electrical switches in the baby's nursery should be out of reach for your child.
10.Have a routine check up of the room. Pay close attention to small objects that are thrown on the ground or elsewhere as they can be swallowed by your child. Avoid sharp edges as well.
With these tips you can make sure that your baby's nursery looks splendid, simple and safe.
