This Is How Your Toothbrush Can Be Very Dangerous For Your Health!
Check out these facts on tooth brushes that can help you avoid diseases.

What is one of the first things you do when you start your day? Probably do some stretches and then brush your teeth, before taking a bath, right?
Well, at least 90% of us follow the habit of brushing our teeth in the morning, because it is an extremely healthy and a necessary habit to follow.
Right from a young age, our elders and school teachers tell us that one must brush one's teeth at least twice a day, once in the morning and just before bed.
Many people even brush their teeth after a big meal that involves a lot of sweet dishes!

So, by now we all realise that brushing your teeth on a regular basis and flossing your teeth can help you maintain personal hygiene, as well as prevent cavities.
If you do not brush your teeth on a regular basis, that is, at least once a day, then you will be prone to developing plaque and tartar, caused due to the accumulation of food particles in between the teeth.
When your teeth aren't kept clean, you can get cavities, gum infections, loose teeth and bad breath! Meanwhile, also know the ugly truth about your toothbrush. Click here.
In addition, unhygienic teeth are also linked to causing heart ailments in many people, as the bacteria in the mouth can travel to the heart through the blood.
In the olden days, people used coal or neem sticks to brush their teeth, and once they were done with the brushing, they threw it away and used fresh ingredients for the next day.
However, in the modern times, people use toothbrushes to help keep their teeth clean.

are
brushing
your

Many

us
do
this,
especially
in
the

when
we
are
in
a
hurry.
While

the
water
from
the
toilet
can
reach

Fact
#3
Do
not
cover
the
head
of
your

with
plastic
caps
or
tissue
papers,
because
this
can
create
dampness
on
the
bristles
and
become
a
breeding
ground
for
harmful
bacteria.

Fact
#4
Avoid
placing
your
toothbrush
horizontally
over
a
surface,
as
this
position
will
make
it
remain
damp
for
a
longer
time
and
allow
bacteria
to
grow.
Place
it
vertically
in
a
dry
cup
or
a
holder.
