Want to stay younger-looking and energetic for a longer time? Then this article could help you!

Eating too little food can also be bad for our health, as it can cause a disease known as malnutrition, where the body is not receiving enough nutrients to function well and it can also lead to organ failure!

So, how can eating less food make the process of ageing slower? Let us find out!
Link Between Eating Less And The Ageing Process
A recent research study published in the Molecular And Cellular Proteomics says that eating less could actually slow down the process of cell ageing.
Now, one should know that there is a difference between "eating less" and "eating too little".
Eating less simply means, cutting back on all the extra calories that we do not need to function properly.

The research study said that, by consuming lesser calories per day, our cells can age at a much slower rate, due to the positive impact it has on the ribosome.
The ribosome is a part of the cell structure, which works at converting the food into energy. Ribosome may get worn out quickly, when we are taking in more calories than needed, thus causing the cells of the body to degenerate and quicken the ageing process.
So, in conclusion, eating healthy food, in lesser quantities can help prevent cellular ageing and slow down the ageing process in humans.
