need

use

remedy.
It
is
baking
soda
which
is
sodium
bicarbonate.
Mix
a
pinch
of
salt
and
a
pinch
of
baking
soda
in
a
glass
of
water
and
drink
it
for
2-3
days.
After
3
days,
you
can
take
only
half
a
pinch
of
salt
and
baking
soda
in
half
a
glass
of
water.
Do
it
for
2
more
days
and
stop.

This remedy isn't suitable for those who have stomach issues and nausea. So, those who can't tolerate the taste of the solution shouldn't try it. It could make you feel like vomiting.

But if you try this remedy occasionally, it can keep kidney issues at bay. If your diet is rich in sugar and fat you can occasionally try this baking soda remedy to keep your kidneys clean. But never over do this remedy.

Also during the course of this remedy (5 days), stay away from alcohol, tea, coffee, salty foods, and carbonate drinks. Also, eat moderate amount of protein as excessive protein may also burden your kidneys. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
