Foods That Repair A Day Of Unhealthy Eating
In this fast-paced life, we all have forgotten to sit and think about the food that we are eating. We grab anything that is convenient to us and end up eating it, without even thinking what it can do to our body in the long run. Sometimes we even end up skipping the most important meal of the day, breakfast.
These habits can play havoc with our body and lead to certain diseases. Unhealthy and erratic eating will lead to sluggishness and bloating. If not checked early it can also result in diseases like ADHD, Alzheimer's, diabetes, high blood pressure and diseases of the heart.

However, if you have decided to take care of your health and resort to healthy food in order to get your body back on track, here are a few food items which can help you to achieve your goal. Include these food items regularly in your diet to become healthy and disease-free.

Try to eat fish on a daily basis. Oily fish like salmon, mackerel and sardines are rich in DHA, vitamin D and selenium. These help to improve memory and learning, heal brain tissues that have been damaged by fructose and protect it from inflammatory damage.

If you are a vegetarian and cannot include fish in your daily diet, do go for flax and chia seeds. These are rich in calcium, protein and antioxidants. These are rich in omega 3 and are a rich source of fibre. The fibre helps to get rid of the bacteria by flushing out toxins from the body and also helps in weight loss. So make sure to include these in your diet.

Aloe vera is a cleanser. After a day of unhealthy eating, make sure you eat the aloe vera pulp or drink its juice to clean your system, repair your gut and treat intestinal inflammation. Also, it is rich in amino acids, minerals and vitamins.
A day of unhealthy and heavy eating should be followed by a day of light eating. For this you can try broths made from bones, chicken and fish. They supply the body with minerals and nutrients and are easy to digest.
