What do you need: A lemon, 2 pieces of ginger, mint leaves, cabbage, celery, pear and a glass of watar.

How to do: Simply slice the ginger, celery, cabbage and the pear. Now, add some water to them and blend them in a blender. Later, add mint leaves and lemon juice and drink the mixture twice a day. Also, there are certain foods that naturally cleanse your lier. Try to include them in your diet.

The vitamin C content of lemon and other citrus fruits help your body eliminate toxins. In fact, drinking lemon juice in the morning is a healthy habit as it is good for the liver.

Apples

Avocados
This food helps your body produce certain compounds which play a role in liver cleansing.

Grapefruit
Drinking a cup of fresh grapefruit juice will stimulate your liver. This fruit contains both vitamin C and antioxidants.

Leafy Greens
Leafy green vegetables are the best for your liver. These foods flush out toxins present in your blood. They can also remove chemicals, pesticides and heavy metals from your system.
