People having asthma lack in vitamin D. Foods like milk, eggs and fish, especially salmon are rich in vitamin D. Even spending minutes in the sun can help increase vitamin D level.

#3. Avoid Sulphites:

Sulphites trigger asthma symptoms in some people. Sulphites are used as preservatives in wine, soft drinks, fried foods and pickles.

Being overweight leads to worsening of asthma. It is good to maintain a healthy weight if you wish to keep away from frequent asthma attacks.
