3.Milk:
Milk is one of the rich sources of calcium. Take a cup of warm milk and then add a teaspoon of roasted sesame powder in it, stir it properly and drink. Drinking this thrice in a day would provide best results.

4.Cumin Seeds:
Boil a glass of water and add a teaspoon of cumin seeds in it. Allow it to cool and then stir it. Drink this water at least twice in a day. This helps in improving the calcium deficiency in the body.

5. Ginger:
Boil a glass of water, add 1-2 pieces of ginger and then keep boiling it for a while. Strain it and then add a bit of honey as per your taste, to make it taste better.

6. Ashwagandha:

7:Guggul:

8.Yogurt:

9.Guduchi:
