The best thing to do is to get up from your seat and go out for lunch. Talk to your friends and spend some time out so that your mind and body gets refreshed. This will help you stay awake and alert during the second half of the day. So, stop eating lunch at desk and start going out.

You will feel drained if you spend even your lunch time in the work environment. This will lead to irritation at the end of the day. You need enough energy to manage your office tasks and manage your conduct. By taking a break, you can recharge your mind again.
