Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate is good for the heart and is also a better option when compared to milk chocolate. On the other hand, dark chocolate contains good fat which helps to keep you energetic.

Experts state that this fatty food for women is the best as it has a zero percent of cholesterol and 100 gms of good fat which is good in building your immunity.

Coconut Oil
