13 Warning Signs Of Heart Attack
It is very important to know about the symptoms of heart attack. This disease related to the heart is one of the most dangerous killers according to the health reports. The main reason why this disease is considered dangerous is because the initial symptoms go unnoticed and when the final blow occurs it would be too late to get medical help.
Quick Tips To Survive A Heart Attack
Some of the symptoms are not so intense and that is why they get less attention from us. But if you know about all the symptoms of heart attack, it would help you to be alert when they knock your door. If your age is above 50 and if you have habits like smoking and conditions like diabetes, BP, cholesterol and genetic predisposition to heart diseases, it is very important to be aware of the symptoms.

Chest Pain
This is one of the main symptoms of heart attack. But it is a fact that chest pain can be caused by other factors and reasons. Also, in some cases of heart attack no chest pain occurs. Generally, the chest pain related to heart attack occurs towards the left side of the heart. It could be a burning sensation.

Dizziness
The person who suffers heart attack feels dizzy or experiences light headed feeling. The heart rhythms tend to get abnormal.

Anxiety
One of the first signs of heart attack is anxiety. Some people suffer anxiety very intensely and that feeling may also cause fear of death too.

Cough
If your cough is persistent and it is not due to other reasons like cold or smoking it is better to consult a doctor and get yourself diagnosed as it could also be a sign of heart attack. In rare cases, heart attack victims may also spit blood when they cough.

Appetite
Before the actual attack, the person may lose appetite and may not even feel like eating anything. This is one of the signs of heart attack in women.

Fatigue
This is mainly seen in women who suffer the problem. The person may experience fatigue at least a few weeks before the occurrence of the heart attack. The tired feeling may be due to no apparent reason. (But it doesn't mean that if you are extremely tired, you are going to suffer heart attack after a few days.)

Nausea
Nausea cannot be ruled out in people whose heart is weak. Vomiting may also occur. This is one of the symptoms of heart attack in women.

Abnormal Pulse
Sometimes, your heart may skip a beat and there is nothing to worry about it but if abnormal heart rhythms are coupled with other symptoms like dizziness, breathlessness and weakness then one must suspect the condition. It is very important to get the condition treated by a registered medical practitioner.

Severe Pain In Some Places
In most of the cases, the pain occurs first in the area of the chest but gradually it starts spreading to various other areas too. This means that areas like abdomen, jaw, neck, elbow, arms and shoulders will also start paining. Though this may not happen in all the cases, it can happen in a few severe cases.

Sweating
This is one of the symptoms of heart attack. Though the person is not working hard sweating may occur. Even when you are comfortably seated in an air conditioned room, if the sweating occurs, you must suspect it. In such a case, rushing to the doctor helps.

Breathing Issues
Though most of the breathing problems are generally associated with asthma, they may also occur in people who suffer heart attack. The person may find it very difficult to breathe when the stroke occurs.

Weakness
Some victims of heart attack say that they were not even able to get up from their beds before a few days of the heart attack. Weakness is one of the symptoms of heart attack.
