Sore Throat Natural Relief
Honey is a best remedy for sore throat. When you swallow it, it passes through the throat and has a local action there. It sooths sore throat. It has antiseptic action. Mix honey in warm water, add lemon juice and black pepper to it. Drink it twice a day. You can also chew a clove, grated garlic mixed with milk also it's best for sore throat. You can have ginger tea also.

Natural Cures For Bites And Stings
You can apply soap it you are bitten by mosquitoes, bees or ants. Soap is alkaline in nature and will neutralise acidic area of stings. This will relieve irritation and itching. Apply vinegar or baking soda also to the affected area. This will alleviate pain and swelling.

Toothache
Place a clove or clove oil directly on the aching teeth. It has analgesic (pain killer) properties. It will relieve inflammation also. You can also gargle with salt water with some turmeric powder added to it. This is one of the best home remedy for toothache.

Motion Sickness
The feeling of nausea and vomiting during traveling is called motion sickness. What to do for motion sickness? Before starting your travel you can have a ginger tea, add more ginger as ginger treats nausea and vomiting. You can also have lemon juice to stop nausea and vomiting.

Cough
Make ginger tea, add lemon and honey to it. It will be an effective remedy to stop dry cough. It also relieves sore throat. It will also help in removing mucous from the respiratory tract. Ginger tea is one of the simple home remedies for common ailments such as cough.

Constipation
All fibrous fruits and vegetables can cure constipation. Fruits such as banana, mango, pear etc must be4 taken on regular basis along with green leafy vegetables. You can also take isabgol husk powder mixed with warm milk. Fennel seeds and aloe vera juice also treats constipation. Pregnant ladies should consult a doctor before taking aloe vera.

Earache
Heat some sesame oil and put a garlic clove in it. Heat for some time and cool it. Put some drops inside the aching ear. You can also put a hot compress on the aching ear. This will alleviate pain by melting down ear wax.

Heartburn
Some people who have acidity problem can suffer from heart burn. The gastric contents come toward the mouth due to reflux action called gastro osophageal reflux. This causes irritation and pain in chest area called as heart burn. Dilute apple cider vinegar with some water and have it to relieve heart burn. You can also have a cold glass of milk.

Bad Breath
You can use baking soda for bad breath. Put some powder of baking soda on your tooth paste and brush with it. You can also make it's mixture in water and use it as a mouth wash. Baking soda is alkaline in nature and will neutralise the acidity in mouth. Therefore the bacterial growth inside mouth is not favorable.

Body Odour
Sweating is a main reason of body odour. You can apply apple cider vinegar on your under arms using cotton. It will kill the bacteria that cause odour as vinegar is acidic in nature. It is safe also for your skin as compared to deodorants. You can also use peppermint or lavender essential oils for body odour.

Diarrhea
You can have probiotic rich yoghurt to control diarrhea. Probiotics (good bacteria) are beneficial for the gut. You can also take coconut water to prevent dehydration caused due to diarrhea. Fenugreek seeds in curd also works well for diarrhea.

Headache
You can have a cinnamon tea to get relief from headache caused due to stress and cold. You can also make a cinnamon paste and apply on your fore head for quick head ache relief. You can also use a paste of black pepper powder and turmeric powder to apply on your forehead.

Nasal Congestion
Put some drops of eucalyptus oil in warm water and inhale the steam putting a towel on your head. This will relieve nasal and chest congestion also. You can repeat this twice daily. Having a hot chicken soup can also give much relief.

UTI (Urinary Tract Infection)
You can have cranberry juice as it is rich in vitamin C and quinolic acid. They prevent multiplication and growth of bacteria in urinary bladder. It helps in treating UTI as well as it's symptoms. You must also drink lot to water in UTI. This will flush out the toxins from the urinary track.

Nail Fungus
You can apply apple cider vinegar for nail fungus. Dilute apple cider vinegar with warm water and soak your hands ad feet in it for 30 minutes. This will kill fungal growth. Repeat the procedure for a couple of weeks.

Wounds
For fast healing of cuts or wounds, make a mixture of turmeric powder and apply on the wound. Turmeric has antiseptic properties and protects the wound from infections. You can also apply honey on wounds as it also has antiseptic properties.
