9 Bad Holiday Habits That Spoil Health
We love weekends more than our weekdays. Of course, even if you are passionate about your work, you might love the weekend if it refreshes you and prepares for the next week's work.
Bad Habits That Are Good For Health
Do you know how much your bad holiday habits contribute to your weight and health issues? Well, some people have healthy weekend habits. They tend to spend the extra time for activities like exercise, meditation, yoga and spending quality time with children.
But on the other hand, some of us love to party non-stop till Monday morning. There is nothing wrong with partying during the weekends. But when we take a look at certain unhealthy parts of partying, we can realise what's really going wrong there.
Smoking, drinking, eating junk, skipping sleep and waking up with a hangover! If your parties don't involve these aspects, then you must be partying in a healthy way!
But if it involves all those unhealthy factors, then let us discuss more about them and understand what it does to our bodies.

Couch
During weekends, most of us feel like spending our time on the couch for the entire day. We feel lazy to even get up. If this habit can be broken, you will have better chances of burning your calories.

Drinking
It is better to find other ways to de-stress yourself. Binge drinking on the weekend is not going to solve your work problems.

Binge Eating
Leisure time is not for eating more snacks. If you have the habit of binge eating during the weekends, try diverting your mind as the excess calories consumed through four consecutive weekends may easily increase a pound of fat in your body. Holiday eating can kill!

Watching Television
Waking up on a Saturday just to watch TV the whole day is unhealthy. It is neither good for your mind nor your body.

Brooding
For some of us, spare time means more time to brood about the past. This is unhealthy for the mind. Of course, keeping yourself too busy just to escape your thoughts is also not advisable. Find a way to invite positive thoughts during the weekend instead of worrying about the past or the future.

Eating Out
This is one of the bad holiday habits. Of course, most of us can't control the urge to go out for dinners during the weekend. But still, try to curb this habit for 2 consecutive months and see the difference. Your weight might remain stable enough to keep you happy.

Smoking
Most of the smokers tend to smoke more when they have nothing to do. If you are lighting up a new one every few minutes just due to boredom, beware of the side effects.

Working
This is for the workaholics. Your work can wait. You don't need to do it even during the weekends. Chill out a bit as it is unhealthy to work without a break. This is one of the bad holiday habits.

Late Night Parties
Most of us work through the week only to shell out our earnings in the Saturday night party at the best place in the city. This habit ruins both your health and wealth.
