Best Ways To Tone Your Upper Body
Make your upper half a better half! Toning your upper body is the quickest way to make a dramatic change in your appearance. A well-toned upper body is considered more attractive these days. A healthy fashionable look includes an attractive shoulder, toned arms, a stronger upper back and a better posture.
By toning your upper body, you can improve not only your appearance, but also gain strength and raise your metabolic activities. Believe it or not, it will take only two or three workouts to gain that healthy attractive upper body.

Our lower body gets at least a little workout when you walk, sit and do other daily activities. And it is true that your upper body often remains unmoved. So you should keep in mind to take care of your upper body as well.
One simple way to tone your upper body is to move or swing your arms. It will help to strengthen your muscles. It is also a mini-workout for your upper body that can be practised regularly. Here are some tips to tone your upper body with minimal soreness.
Simple exercises: Without any machines, you can start workout for your upper body. Swimming is the simplest and oldest way to tone your upper body. Playing basketball, baseball, tennis or jumping rope are also good for toning your upper body.

Back windmills: This is an easy exercise to stretch your upper body. In a bent over position, straighten your arm and try to touch your left foot with right hand and vice versa. You can do it with or without weights.
Bicep curl: This is a simple and ideal way to tone your upper body. Just grab your dumbbell in your palms. Keep your arms at your side, facing forward. Curl your both arm straight to your chest and return them to the starting position.

Boxing: It is a good arm and shoulder exercise to strengthen your upper body. Repeating the process of punching with your left and right arm regularly will make your upper body healthy and strong.
Push ups: Push ups are the best and most effective ways to tone your upper body. Move body to straight table top position, with arms down and arms shoulder wide apart. Push your body from ground till arms straight and repeat the same.
Chest press: Lie down on a flat bench by holding dumbbells directly above chest. Bend your elbows slightly and open your arms to both sides. When your upper arm comes parallel to floor, move back.

Shoulder press: Hold your dumbbell at a shoulder height. Lift the dumbbell until your arms are extended. Lower it again to the starting position. Repeat the same. This is one of the best tips to tone your upper body.
Bent over: This is for strengthening your back. Stand upright and place one hand on the bench. Bent your body, so that it is parallel to the floor. Hold one dumbbell with extended arm and bent it to mid-section. Slowly repeat it.
