Smells That Are Good For Your Health
Some smells make you feel good from within and some repulse you. But a part of our sense of smell is personal. For example, some people like the smell of petrol and others hate it. However, some smells are good for across the board. There might be very few people who might not like these healthy smells.
We can call a smell healthy or say that a smell is good for us only if it has a psycho-somatic reaction on our body. For example, the smell of alcohol actually reduces your heartbeat. The smell of jasmine makes you feel sleepy and smell of coffee makes you feel energetic. You may not like coffee, but the healthy smell of coffee will definitely make you feel re-energised.
The smell of some foods also helps to increase your appetite. For example the smell of frying onions makes you hungry. The smell of chocolate makes your mouth water in anticipation. Some smells are good to make you feel relaxed and somnolent. For example, the smell of rose makes your dreams pleasant.
So, here are some good smells that we classify as healthy for us.
