Solutions To Embarrassing Health Problems
There are few embarrassing and personal health issues with both men and women that cannot be discussed openly. Personal health issues like premature ejaculation, burning vagina, vaginal cuts or a sore penis are not openly discussed with others. If you feel shy or embarrassed to discuss such health problems with anyone, you do not need to worry. Here are the most common embarrassing health problems and their solutions.
5 most embarrassing health problems and their solutions:

Skin problems: There are many skin problems that can be cured but are difficult to discuss. For example, a pimple on the buttock or near the genitals is something that people feel embarrassed to discuss with others. Similarly, bikini line skin rashes or scaling on the skin are other such problems.
Solution: Try over the counter ointments or gels that can help get rid of these skin problems. If you have got a pimple near the genitals or butt, wash the region twice or thrice a day and always use an anti-bacterial soap.
Smelling sanitary napkins: Women have the monthly health problem of menstruating. They bleed for 3-5 days every month and use sanitary napkins or tampons during this time. These napkins start smelling if they are used for more than 6-7 hours.
Solution: Ideally, you should change your sanitary napkins or tampons after every 6 hours. If you forget and leave it, you can suffer from bacterial infections like yeast infection. Make sure you change your napkins after 6 hours to maintain genital hygiene.
Yellow and stinky urine: Yellow urine is a sign of dehydration. If you drink less water, the urine becomes more concentrated with ammonia. This makes it turn yellow in colour and smelly too. Even certain medications can lead to a bad smelling urine. However, a bacteria called E. coli can also lead to a strong pungent urine smell. Even other infections like UTI or vaginal yeast infections can cause a smelly and yellow urine.
Solution: Drink lots of water to stay hydrated and prevent yellow coloured urine. Have citrus fruit juices as it kills the bacteria that causes infections.
Smelly flatulence: Flatulence or farting is a common body's reaction. Commonly known as gas or gastritis, a smelling flatulence or fart can be a really embarrassing health problem.
Solution: Stop having gastric foods like kidney beans, cabbage and other gas promoting foods. Include foods with low carbohydrate content and rice flour in your diet. Rice prevents the formation of gas and smelly farts.
Smelly genitals: Lack of genital hygiene builds a strong and pungent smell in the genitals. This smell can be a huge turn off for couples who are physically active. Lack of genital hygiene can also lead to itching or infections.
Solution: Although vagina is a self cleaning organ, make sure you wear loose and dry cotton fabric underwear. Also, change the underwear twice a day to prevent the formation of genital odour. Even men should clean their genitals with an anti-bacterial soap and wear cotton underwear.
