11 Healthy Ways To Have Milk
Milk is one of the most nutritious foods ever. It is protein rich and also contains lots of calcium. Milk proteins are essential for children and women to meet the calcium requirement. However, many kids are fussy eaters and do not like to have milk. And with adults there is a unique problem that restricts them of having milk. Milk causes acidity in some adults as they are not able to digest it.
But as we know milk is essential, so we have put together some healthy ways to have milk. These healthy ways to have milk ensures that its nutrients are preserved and yet, you enjoy the taste as well. Many kids have a problem with the smell of milk. So a healthy way to have milk for them is to add some chocolate or health drink powder to the milk. In this way, they can't get the typical smell of milk.
For adults milk causes acidity and indigestion when it is warm. So a very simple and healthy way to have milk would be to chill it in the refrigerator and then serve. The below milk recipes preserves the nutrients and proteins in milk and makes it tasty as well.

Cold Milk
Warm milk can lead to acidity and indigestion in some adults. But cold milk is an antidote for acidity.

Milk with Protein Power
In certain special situations, plain milk proteins are not enough. When you are recovering from an illness or beefing up muscles, you need more proteins. So mix some protein powder with milk and gulp it down.

Milkshakes
Milkshakes are a lovely way to have milk. You can mix milk with fruits, chocolate and different types of spices like cinnamon to make milkshakes.

Yogurt
If you can't have milk in the liquid form, have it as yogurt. Squeeze a lemon into milk and freeze it. It will turn into curd after 3-4 hours. All the health benefits of milk are preserved in yogurt.

Milk with Health Drink
If you have a problem with the smell of milk, you can add some delicious health drink powders to it. It is the easiest way to make kids drink milk.

Smoothies
Smoothies are prepared just like milkshakes but the quality of fruits is more in them. So smoothies are thick and colourful.

Milk n Honey
If you are diabetics or trying to lose weight, you cannot have sugar with milk. Try to mix honey with milk. It is very good and healthy sweetener.

Cold Coffee
If you feel hot and tired after a long afternoon, make some chilled cold coffee for your help. Mix chilled milk, coffee powder and sugar in a blender. You can add some crushed ice later on.

Hot Chocolate
Cold evenings become warm and cozy with hot chocolate. Hot chocolate is made with mixing cocoa with steaming hot milk. As chocolate induces sleep, this is the best remedy for sleepless nights.

Milk with Saffron
Do you wish to be fair and glowing? Then blend some saffron into milk and have it. Saffron is a herb that makes you fair and gives you beautiful skin.

Milk with Eggs
When you are into hardcore gyming and need strength, break raw eggs into milk, mix it and gulp it down.
