4 Symptoms Of Male Menopause

Symptoms of male menopause:
Physical changes: When a man comes to this stage, he will gain weight, his muscle mass will weaken and become loose. Hair loss, erectile dysfunction and depression too are other symptoms of male menopause. Body pain especially joint pain (knee and elbows) are common. If you are becoming lazy and inactive. You have to check your body changes. Obesity is a common symptom of male menopause, so, for a healthy body and mind, go for a walk or jog every day.
Mood swings: During hormonal changes, mood swings are common. Be it male or female, mood swings can really spoil the day! One minute, you will be laughing and after a second, you will get angry. Anger is one common sign to know that a man is hitting menopause. While some men become restless, others become lazy. You can either be lost all day or engage yourself in some work. Mood swings differ from person to person.
Night time sweating: Suddenly you get up in the middle of the night and find yourself wet with sweat, beware! You are hitting menopause. If you feel cold but sweat, or spend sleepless nights, then these also symbolise that you are hitting menopause.
Lack of libido: Due to the decrease of testosterone production, few men lack the ability to hold the erection. However, it is not common for all men. As mentioned earlier, menopause doesn't make men infertile but can decrease the drive.
These are few symptoms of male menopause. It is nothing serious or dangerous. Follow a healthy diet. Include healthy foods and workout for a fit and active body!
