Eggs are the best breakfast foods: Eggs are easy to cook and nutritious. Their unique combination of protiens, fats and nutrients makes them the ideal food for breakfast.
Milk and milk products: If milk does not go down too well with you, then you should get your daily dose of calcium from milk products like yoghurt and cheese. A cube of low fat cheese in the morning can keep you full of energy for the entire day.
