The ideal time to take green tea is one hour before or after a meal. This is because green tea has caffeine that controls appetite. So, if taken 1 hour before teh meal, it controls hunger. If you want to avoid munching fried and heavy evening snacks, have a cup of green tea with low fat biscuits. Avoid having green tea early in the morning, especially on empty stomach.

Never take with medicines: To avoid the side effect of the medicines and green tea, never have them together. The best way to take medicines is with water or as per the direction prescribed by the doctor.
