5. Relax – At least 7-8 hours of good sleep, early rising, timely eating also plays an important role in developing immunity. If the body doesn't get enough time to relax then it results in fatigue, muscle pain, eye problems and even cause fever. Getting a body massage once in a month will reduce stress and maintain good health.
