Seven Charkas And Ways To Rejuvenate Them
The human body has seven 'Chakras' which are the seven major center of concentration. These Chakras produce electromagnetic field also known as Human Energy Field. These centers collect the energy from all the sources and transforms it according to your needs.
These Chakras are responsible for effective working of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state of a human. Each Chakra is associated with a physical organ, region or location. It's very important to rejuvenate the seven Chakras of the human body, for healthy living.
The seven Chakras and ways to rejuvenate them -
1.Root Chakra - The root chakra is located at the base of the spine. This chakra supports the physical activities of a person. Protein rich food should be included in the diet for the proper working of Root Chakra. The diet includes – egg, meat, beans, tofu, pepper, peanut and cloves.
2.Sacral Center – The Sacral Center is the reproductive organ of a human body. It brings on emotions of pleasure, desire, sexuality and protection. To enhance the Sacral Chakra, one should include melons, mangoes, orange, sesame seed, almonds and walnuts in their diet.
3.Solar Plexus – Naval is the location of Solar Plexus of a human body. They support personal power, will, self-esteem and encouragement. This is one of most vital organ of a human being. To ensure proper working of Solar Plexus, one should include pasts, bread, mustard seeds and oil, cheese, yogurt, cumin seeds etc.
4.Heart
Chakra
–
As
the
name
suggest,
this
is
located
at
the
center
of
the
heart.
This
chakra
erupts
emotions
like
love,
relationship,
sympathy,
affinity
and
humanity.
To
be
successful
in
one,
it
is
very
important
to
have
control
over
one's
feelings.
To
keep
the
Heart
Chakra
strong,
it
is
important
to
include
-
leafy
vegetables
like
–
spinach,
beans,
kale
etc.
Liquids
–
Green
tea
Spices
-
basil
and
parsley
5.Throat Chakra – The throat Chakra, is the expression of sound and communication, honesty, responsibility, self-expression etc. To enhance these skills one should include the intake of right quantity of water, fruit juice, herbal tea, apples, plums,apricot, lemon grass etc.
6. Third Eye – This chakra is located between the eyebrows. This is one of the most powerful points of a human being. The function of the third eye is enhance imagination, intuition, telepathy and wisdom. The diet foe the Third Eye includes – blueberries, red grapes, red wine, grape juice and poppy seeds.
7.Crown Chakra – The top of the head is the location of the Crown Chakra. This Chakra supports spirituality, enlightenment, consciences and togetherness, These qualities are required for a balanced lifestyle. Food to maintain the Crown Chakra essential oils and herbs like sage, copal and juniper.
In the current lifestyle, due to improper living most of us face the problem of emotional and physical imbalance. To rejuvenate the Seven Chakras is the only way to lead maintain the balance. A balanced body and mind is the first step to success.
