Stress is the most common state of mind. Stress in a nutshell is the completely mental drain out which takes a toil on both physical and psychological health of a person. When under pressure, the brain prepares itself to fight the challenge by releasing the hormone cortison and adrenaline. These hormones raise blood pressure. When the brain is under too much of pressure, the hormone get used up and thus the body becomes vulnerable to effects and symptom of stress and anxiety.

Stress, is a condition which can take a toil on your whole body. Some of the common effects of stress are, headache, mental breakdown, eating disorder, stomach disorders, irritation, dark patches etc. In the fast forward life which we lead, stress has become a common occurrence and the only way to cope up with it is Stress Management. Though Stress Management is available with doctors, the new practice is Personal Stress Management.

Here are ways to practice Personal Stress Management -

1.Recognize the Reason – Though the term stress is popular, many people underestimate it's impact and bear with it till the time the results are extreme. You can handle your stress by letting an insight on the reason. Recognize the reason and work on it. If it is work pressure, then sketch out a more relaxed routine, if it is personal life, bring a solution to a problem and conclude to a decision. A thing become a pressure only when it is not planned out properly.

This give you the chance to introspect your own deeds, get a clear vision of a things going around you, helps you to evaluate etc. Sometime alone also helps you to live life for once without compromising. Let yourself free of all the boundaries and enjoy a day like the way you want.

3.The World Is Better Outside The Laptop – Our whole day is spent in front of the laptop. We use it for work, entertainment, knowledge and spirituality as well. The rays from the screen also strain your senses and cause stress. Look up at the nature around you to give your senses some peace and treat to the beauty around.

4.Go On A Holiday – A holiday to a beautiful location with your family is a perfect tip for personal stress management. When on a holiday, please take your mind on a holiday too, don't keep it engaged in work. A Holiday relaxes your senses and thus treats your stress.

5.Meditation – The ultimate way of personal stress management, is meditation. Meditation is the best way to get an insight to matters and relax your mind. A relaxed mind helps you to work out your problems and also rejuvenate your senses.

Personal Stress Management along with other stress management programmes provide desirable results and also helps you regain the ability to take pressures.
