Aerobics, the relatively new type of exercise, which is the rhythmic workout of a large group of muscles. The rhythm followed in Aerobics exercise, brings all the parts of your body work together in a perfect pattern. Aerobics, means any exercise to do with air or oxygen. The main aim of aerobics is to help your body inhale the right amount of oxygen, the basic food for the perfect working of the system. Here are some of the major benefits of Aerobic exercise -

1.Heart Beat – The rhythmic aerobic exercises helps in the workout of the heart and helps it to pump better. This means better blood supply to all parts of the body. This strengthens the heart muscles and increases the level of stress it can manage.

While doing aerobics you should be able to makes short conversation but if you are gasping for air, then that is called working anaerobically.
