The journey to understand the secret of Mind Body Health
William James had once told that the greatest discovery of our generation is that human beings by changing the inner attitudes of their minds can change the outer aspects of their lives. We often assume that our mind imagines and this imagination is different from the bodily effects. But often it is found that our imagination directly or indirectly affects our physiological consequences of the body. Your brain cannot often distinguish or differentiate between what you are imagining or what you are really experiencing.
The imagination often thus affects our body and soul and this can be found in the process we usually dream and then we come to see that our body responds to it in the form of joy, fear or happiness. The imagination can be powerful resource to relieve the stress and pain of your body.
Mind body health are interconnected
There can be some tips which can help one to keep his mind body health fit and fine which is not at all a very impossible task rather they both are interconnected
- Practice self respect and self love they reinforce each other. With these feelings you can treat yourself and others sorrounding you with respect. Friends are there who can help you support your healthy habits.
- Work with one ownself and with the aid of a counselor to know how to get rid and cure the past wounds and sources of destructive behavior. These might be smoking or alcohol or any such thing.
- One should know the difference between reaction and response and so try to understand the situation before responding to it. The conflicts might increase the risk of your emotional damage so this consequence must be discarded.
- Whenever one is angry it affects the body so one should never react as they are angry and can also cause some ill effects.
- Eat good diet as eating wrong and unhealthy things might affect the body and can result in affecting the mood adversely.
- Exercise regularly to decrease the body weight, blood pressure and cholesterol and as such do aerobics to ensure endurance. These bodily activities can help to support the body and be also helpful in reducing depression in the mind.
- To be happy and healthy physically and emotionally one must take care of the bodily activities and can thus help in the process to keep both the mind and the body healthy and fit.
The core of mind body health
Health depends on the state of equilibrium among the various factors that govern the operation of the body and the mind; the balance is reached when a man lives in harmony with his environment. For the mind body health one has to follow certain rules and follow some decorums to have a healthy body and a healthy mind. One should enhance, explore, engage, expand, enroll the body and the mind to reach the state of complete healthy body and mind.
