Ingredients
You will need 2 spoons of cinnamon powder, a pinch of nutmeg, 1 frozen banana, a cup of milk, half a cup of Greek Yogurt, 4 tablespoons of oats, a few slices of peeled apple, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and a cup of ice cubes.

Step #1
Move all the ingredients to a blender. You can add some water if you wish to dilute it a bit. Blend it well until it is totally smooth in its texture.

Apple contains pectin fibre. Pectin is said to bring down your cholesterol levels. So, apple is good for your arteries.
