Every time you get a sugar craving, you can run to the bathroom and take a hot shower. As absurd as it may seem, this trick has proven to help a number of people battling with different addictions. A hot shower calms your nerves and reduce cravings to a great extent.
Step 3 :

Yet another tip to help you reduce sugar cravings is to get up from the place, head outside for a walk or a run. Running can also release the same "feel good" chemicals in your brain, thus eliminating the sugar craving.
