Vegetables when boiled are much richer and healthier, says a recent study. According to this research, it is believed when certain vegetables are boiled it helps to retain it's vitamins, minerals and other nutrients.
Veggies like spinach, carrots, sweet potatoes, cabbage are some of the types you must consume in it's boiled form. The reason being - you consume the veggie's natural vitamins and the water which is used to boil the veggies adds flavour to your meal.

Boiling these 10 vegetables and consumed twice in the week, helps in rapid weight loss too. All you need to do is add them to your salads, or toss them with your hakka noodles. Any which way, you are making the right choice of eating boiled vegetables.

Carrots
Boil a handful of carrots in plain water. You can add a pinch of salt to the water and a dash of pepper too. Boiled carrots are good for the eyes.

Potato
When you boil potatoes, you are consuming less amount of calories. Therefore it is advisable for those who are on a weight loss.

Beans

Spinach
