Fruit salad
Fruits are available in abundance during summer. A good snack idea for summer is to make fruit salad by using different fruits and adding a little spice and herb in it to give it a distinct flavour. Mangoes, watermelons, pineapple and banana are the major four fruits that you could use to make a fruit salad. Add some sugar and custard to these fruits and you will make a delicious and refreshing snack for summer. You may also add grapes and other seasonal fruits in the salad and some dry fruits too.

Mango and chapati
This is a famous and healthy snack made in summer. Crush the pulp of the mango. Add a little lime and mint to give the crushed pulp a unique taste. The chapati or paratha should be made with the dough having some red pepper in it. The red pepper and the crushed fruit pulp will give spicy and sweet taste making it delicious. Corn salad
Corn salad is light to digest and is healthy for your body. To make this salad, you will have to boil corn and add some salt when boiling it. The most easy snack idea for the summer season is the sandwich. There are many variations of this snack and it can be made using several combinations of vegetables, cheese and sauces. You can also grill it or toast it. Sandwiches with a cup of coffee or a glass of fruit juice is a great combination. This is one of the best snack ideas for summer.

Cheese, pineapple and cherry
This is a simple and light snack idea for summer. The refrigerated pineapple pieces along with cheese cubes and fresh cherries will make you feel refreshed again. It is one snack you can have with your martini in the evening or you can have it in your brunch along with some other salad or main course to go with.
