Foods That Destroy Your Immunity

A weak immune system can turn out to be a major problem. Constant viral attacks can make you weak from within and your immune system weaker. How constantly do you suffer from viral attacks? Do you get cold, cough and flu whenever the wind changes its direction? Does standing outside a water cooler and inhaling the cold air make your immune system go weak? All these are signs that you have a weak immune system.

But, is it natural to have a weak immune system or is it induced in some manner? For most cases, having a weak immune system is quite natural. You will see many people claiming they suffer from a weak immune system right from childhood.

But, for some, it comes with the foods they consume and the atmosphere they live in. Yes, the environment does have a definite significance over your weak immune system. It does manage to harm your immune system.There are foods that tend to destroy your immune system as a whole. They are not just weakening it, but slowly getting it to the point of destruction.

Sinful Indulgences for Breakfast
While sinful indulgences are a complete no for your waistline, it is also a big no for your immune system. You may not believe this but having fatty and sinful indulgences like a caramel-based sweet pancake or something similar, that we take on as breakfast, can destroy your immunity. It is better to avoid them, at least for breakfast. This is one of the foods that destroy immunity.

Sugary Soda Drinks
Anything with soda and sugar in it is harmful for the immune system. It feels good to end the day with a soda-based drink, but the harm it causes to your immune system is undesirable. Instead try to avoid such drinks. These include the soda pops, the soda-based cold drinks and other such soda indulgent drinks. They will even damage the intestinal tracts and cause germs to enter your body.

Caffeine and Alcohol
Well, you may argue that they are needed in your line of work to make you stay awake for long hours, but you must be aware what happens when you consume it in high amounts. You are not just disturbing your body and its systems, but also harming and destroying your immune systems. Consuming it in moderation will not really affect your body, but anything in excess is not really good.

You can always have one grape with medium acidic content and be fine. But, have lots of it, and that too at night when your digestive system is a little weak can cause trouble.

Always eat nuts in moderation, and that too just a handful. If you have a bowlful of nuts or anything more than that, you are ruining your immune system. Also, how you consume your nuts can suggest if you are going to have germs entering your body or not. So, always have nuts in a hygienic way. This is one of the foods that destroy immunity.
