There is something really special about oven fresh bread. The only effort you have to make is to get fresh brown bread from the bakery on a weekend and enjoy it with margarine or slim cheese. Apart from the delicious aroma, you get to enjoy the goodness of dietary fibres. It will give you a dose of good carbohydrates early in the morning which will keep you active all day long. But make sure that the brown bread is made with whole wheat and not just coloured brown artificially.
