So today in this article we will be discussing a few of the amazing tricks to prevent stomach bloating. There are several reasons that might give rise to a bloated stomach. It might be due to gas formation, over eating, digestion problem and eating in excess.

Food is one of the major reasons that leads to a bloated stomach. This apart, lack of exercise is yet another major factor that causes stomach bloating. When the food does not get digested properly or when you eat rich oily food, the fat gets deposited around the stomach and causes stomach bloating.
You then tend to feel discomfort, constipated, cramps and pain as well. It is always better to get it checked on time. If left unattended, this might lead to other serious health problems too.

1. Concentrate On Your Food While Eating:
It has become a common phenomena of late to watch television while you eat your meals. In the process people forget about chewing the food properly and they tend to swallow the food without chewing it properly. This causes bloating of the stomach. Hence, one needs to concentrate on the food while eating.

2. Chew Your Food Properly:
When you eat your meals you should make it a point to chew the food properly. When you chew your food properly it will not cause too much stress and pressure on the gut. This will help in preventing stomach bloating.

3. Eat Smaller Bites:
When you take bigger bites, you generally tend to swallow half of the food in your mouth without even chewing it properly. So it is always advised to take smaller bites. This helps in preventing stomach bloating.

4. Avoid Eating Extremely Hot Food:
When you eat food that is extremely hot you cannot chew it properly. You quickly swallow it. This is one of the major factors that causes stomach bloating.

5. Avoid Eating Extremely Cold Food:
Like the hot foods, even when you eat foods that are too cold you cannot keep it in your mouth for long and chew it properly. So you just swallow it without chewing. This affects the digestion and causes bloating of the stomach.

6. Add Fruits To Your Diet:
Rich in fibre content, fruits help in better digestion. Add whole fruits like apples, oranges (according to the season), etc. to your daily diet. These fruits help prevent stomach bloating.

7. Avoid Processed Foods:
Processed foods contain a lot of preservatives and salt that fail to get digested properly and cause stomach bloating. Hence it is best to avoid processed foods.

8. Whole Grains:
Whole grains are filled with fibre. It helps better the digestion process and also helps in preventing stomach bloating.
