However, there are other things that you should do along with having this smoothie regularly to bring down your blood pressure level.

If you are obese or overweight, losing excess fat is particularly essential for lowering blood pressure level. A terrific way to improve your body mass index and decrease your blood pressure level is to go for routine workouts. A healthful diet is another key to enhancing and preserving healthful blood pressure level.

If you cut a small amount of salt from your diet, it may result in lowering your blood pressure level by just as much as 8 mmHg. Stress may increase blood pressure level, at least temporarily. You may need to pay special attention to lowering your stress if you are prone to high blood pressure levels. Meditate and practise yoga regularly to bring down your blood pressure level.
