7 Lifestyle Habits That Cause Diseases
Lifestyle diseases are symptomatic of everything that is wrong with today's lifestyle. Diseases that are linked with lifestyle habits which are caused primarily by the consumption of junk food and processed food, lack of physical activity, work stress and other factors have now begun to affect young adults and children.

If you want to live a longer and healthier lifestyle, then here are some of the habits you need to get rid of today.

Eating Habits - Poor eating habits is one of the main lifestyle choices we make. This leads the increase the risk of diseases like cancer, heart disease, diabetes. It also reduces one's lifespan.

Smoking -Smoking is the second bad lifestyle we all turned too. Smoking leads to a number of respiratory disorders like bronchitis and asthma. It is also associated with lung cancer, oral cancer and other cancers, cardiovascular diseases, strokes and other health conditions. Shocking, right?

Alcohol - Alcohol in increases HDL levels, increases risk of heart disease, colorectal and breast cancer. If this wasn't enough, the other things this habit leads to is a lesser life span. Therefore, it is best to avoid drinking on a daily basis. You should think of other beverages to lead a better lifestyle.

Obesity - Today there are more than 70 percent of people who are obese. Obesity associated with cancer, coronary artery disease and overall diminishes life expectancy. So, it is time you look at ways you can lose weight.

Laziness - This is a huge contributing factor to the rise of lifestyle diseases and chronic conditions like hypertension, high cholesterol. Together with this being physically inadequate it could lead problems with obesity, heart disease, diabetes, strokes. So, it is time to stop being a couch potato and exercise to stay fit.

Stress - More than a million people suffer from this lifestyle habits which increases the risk of conditions like obesity, cardiac disease, diabetes, asthma. Stress also brings upon Alzheimer's disease, rapid aging and gastrointestinal problems.

Lack Of Sleep - Did you know lack of sleep increases the risk of hypertension, heart disease, elevated cholesterol and triglyceride level. It is important to sleep at least 8 hours at night, if you want to stay healthy and fit.
