Tummy pain is a common problem which is faced by most of us daily. Tummy pain can be cured with a few home remedies. Green tea is a natural pain killer to get rid of tummy pain. Apart from these varied types of teas, you can also opt for simple natural remedies like lying flat on your tummy, drinking hot water and even a hot water bag would suffice.

However when using these remedies to get rid of a tummy pain, make sure you try them one at a time. Sometimes, mixing of two or three remedies will only make you feel nauseous. Ginger Tea - The best tip to get rid of tummy pain is by sipping on ginger tea. Prepare a cup of black tea, add one piece of fresh ginger root to the tea. Allow it to soak in the tea for 5 minutes. Remove the root and drink the tea to soothe your tummy.
Black Tea - Black tea is also another home remedy for tummy pain. Drink black tea without sugar to help get rid of the problem. You can add honey to your tea if you dont like your tea bitter.
Cinnamon Tea - Cinnamon is one of the best spices to cure any ailment. Cinnamon tea is a best drink and natural remedy to get rid of tummy pain. It is better to drink Cinnamon tea on an empty tummy to solve the stomach problem.
Apple Cider Vinegar - Apple cider vinegar helps to cure inflammation and kill bad bacteria in the stomach when consumed. Therefore, it also helps in getting rid of tummy aches. Add one tablespoon of vinegar to half a glass of warm water and consume.
Heating Pad - Heating pads are helpful to cure any pain in the body. The heat produced from the pad will calm the muscles thus helping to reduce the pain in the area.
Mint Juice - Mint juice is a common home remedy to get rid of stomach pain. Mint is a natural ingredient which reduces inflammation and curbs you from getting any infection too. Mint juice or mint tea is a helpful remedy for stomach aches.
Aloe Vera Juice - Aloe vera juice is a soothing home remedy to cure stomach pains. Add two tablespoon of aloe juice to one cup of water. Mix these ingredients well and consume to get rid of the problem.
