When you are on your period, you need to follow a healthy diet in order to stay healthy at this time. During your period, you become tired, irritable and tummy bloat is one of the main common problems. During your period, drinking five liters of water in a day is a must. A woman loses a lot of fluid during this time of the month. Dehydration is one of the common problems faced while menstruating. Therefore, drink plenty of water during your period.

Red meat
Red meat is a good food to consume during your period. Red meat contains a lot of iron. If you are consuming lean red meat along with salads, it will help boost your energy and regulate your menstruation flow too.
