Foods That Cause Your Belly To Bloat
Are you a frequent sufferer of belly bloating? If so, then it might be due to some of the foods you are consuming which is causing your belly to bloat. We have become so health conscious when it comes to dieting and cutting out on those heavy carb foods. If you live on canned and processed foods, it is one of the causes for belly bloat. So make sure that you switch to foods which are healthy and at the same time does not cause your tummy to bloat. Avoid Pasta
You may like the taste of pasta however, it is one of the main reasons for your belly bloating, so stay away from foods like pasta and other heavy carbs like bagels.

Certain Fruits To Avoid
There is a list of certain fruits which causes belly bloat. Fruits which are high in fructose like apples or pears should be avoided. You can consume these fruits in small portions to avoid your belly from bloating.

Avoid Aerated Beverages
When you are having a delicious juicy burger, one of the common drinks you sip on is aerated beverages. Cut out on your aerated beverages to get rid of belly bloat.

Avoid Alcohol
One of the main causes for belly bloat is alcohol. It is a health enemy! Consumption of alcohol causes dehydration and this slows your body's ability to eliminate the excess waste. It is high in acid which causes swelling in your stomach.

Should Exercise
You should not sit in one place for a long time. Try to do some kind of physical activity during the day to avoid belly bloat.

Eat Green Yogurt
One of the best solutions to get rid of belly bloat is to eat green yogurt. There are many people who think dairy products is the enemy when it comes to bloating, but foods like green yogurt contains probiotics which treat belly bloat.

Eat Fiber Foods
If you suffer from frequent belly bloats, make sure that you add fiber foods to your daily diet. Fiber foods like whole-grain, rice and bread are good for you.

Avoid Energy Drinks
Opt for natural ways to boost your energy levels. One should eliminate artificial energy drinks as most of them contain sorbitol which is not digestible.

Eat Small Meals
If you are a constant belly bloater, get rid of this health problem immediately by changing your food habits and lifestyle. Eat in small proportions so that you can digest your food properly. Take 15-20 minutes to eat each meal. If you're eating at your desk, take a deep breath after each bite and chew with your mouth closed.

Avoid Salt
To get rid of belly bloat skip table salt. Salt causes your body to retain fluid. Therefore, avoiding salt is the best choice you can make to stay healthy.
