Treat Obesity With Exercises
A person with a BMI more than 30kg/m2, is medically termed as obese. Obesity is a growing problem, specially in the US. Obesity along with it, brings other health risks like heart attack, diabetes, cancer, arthritis etc. Most of the time obesity treatment is ignored as it is thought to be an impossible mission but the fact is that obesity can be treated. 3.Walking – Walking has always been well known for it's weight loss properties. As for obese people, they should avoid brisk walking in the beginning as this puts maximum pressure on the heart and joints which at present are unable to take maximum pressure. Thus walk slowly but for a longer distance. With time the pace will improve automatically. Walking in obesity not only leads to weight loss but also prevents disease like arthritis. Doctors have claimed that walking 10,000 steps a day can treat obesity and burn upto 280-350 calories per day.
4.Exercise Ball Workout – Most of the obese patients have greater concentration of fat in the abdomen. Exercise ball is one of the best tool to loose abdominal weight. One can do crunches, arches etc with the help of an exercise ball. Exercise ball exercise can eevn be done at home.
5.Physical Activities – Any sort of physical activity can prove to be a great exercise for obesity. Dancing for 30 minutes for example burns 200 to 400 calories, enhance bone strenght and heart health. Other activites like sports etc can be taken up for weight loss.
6.Elliptical Machine – Elliptical machine is yet another solution for obesity. It provides the beenfits of jogging, which is one of the best ways to burn calories and also improves joint movements. This worksout both your upper and lower body along with enhancing cardiovascular activites. The elliptical machiene exercises makes the body strong and is one of the quick solutions to weight loss.
