1. Healthy eating = healthy living
As she complies with the lifestyle she preaches punctually, Mrunal Thakur has had to make a number of adjustments in order to maintain a disciplined diet.
Thakur drinks eight glasses of boiled water per day in order to stay hydrated, avoids carbs entirely, and swears by balanced meals.
Even when it comes to snacking in between shoots, Thakur chooses healthier options such as apples [1].
In addition to lean proteins, whole grains, healthy fats, and fruits and vegetables of many colors, a healthy diet generally includes nutrient-dense foods from all of the major food groups. Additionally, healthy eating habits include replacing foods that contain trans fats, added salt and sugar with foods that are more nutritious [2].
The benefits of consuming a healthy diet are numerous, including building strong bones, protecting the heart, preventing disease, and enhancing mood.

2. Consistency is the key!
If you find yourself not wanting to get out of bed on a weekend or if you have an extended day, or if you have a hard day, Mrunal Thakur believes in the philosophy of "never giving up," and may be yu should too.
If you miss a gym day, you may miss several more, and ultimately stray further away from your fitness goals. So stay strong through the dormancy period and keep working hard [3].
Working out regularly will result in more substantial results than extreme fitness routines. People who exercise three hours a day for a month can develop health problems such as stress fractures, tendon and muscle strains.
3. Find a buddy
Previously in our articles, we discussed the benefits of finding a workout partner. Pacing yourself with others can motivate you to work out harder, build your endurance, and strengthen your heart. To avoid overexertion and injury, always put your fitness first [4].
It is important to have workout buddies as a source of motivation and not a source of pressure - something Mrunal also stresses strongly.
4. Find alternatives
As long as she is in town, Mrunal Thakur will go to the gym every day, and even when she is out, she will adapt her fitness plan to accommodate what's around her and make it work - that's consistency!

5. Never give up
Mrunal Thakur follows a rigorous training routine in order to prepare for upcoming films, which includes TRX exercises, cardio routines, and strength training workouts.
On normal days too, while not too extensive, Mrunal makes it a point to get some good workout in!
